Der Favorit unter den Gärtnern! `All Year Round` produziert schöne weiße, gut geschützte Köpfe mit einem milden, fast süßen Geschmack. Die Sorte ist kältetolerant und kann – wie der Name schon sagt – das ganze Jahr über gesät und geerntet werden.
Aussaat & Anbau:
Aussaat zu jeder Jahreszeit: Jan bis Feb unter Glas, März bis Mai im Freiland und Sept-Okt in Frühbeeten über den Winter. 10 mm Saattiefe in Reihen mit 20 cm Abstand. Nach 5 Wochen vereinzeln auf 45 cm Abstand. Blumenkohl mag einen sonnigen Standort und nährstoffreiche, gut drainierte Böden mit Kalkanteil. Die Ernte erfolgt ab Dezember. Sie sollten die Köpfe schneiden, wenn sie noch fest sind, am besten morgens. Damit die Köpfe schön weiß bleiben (sie neigen dazu gelb zu werden bei zu viel Frost, Sonne oder Regen), sollten Sie sie mit den Blättern schützen (evtl. hochbinden).
