Aussaat & Anbau:
Aussaat April-Mai ins vorbereitete Beet, 10 mm Saattiefe in Reihen mit 20 cm Abstand (Vorkultur Feb-April innen möglich). Nach 5 Wochen vereinzeln auf 15-45 cm Abstand. Blumenkohl mag einen sonnigen Standort und nährstoffreiche, gut drainierte Böden mit Kalkanteil. Die Ernte erfolgt ab August, Sie sollten die Köpfe schneiden, wenn sie noch fest sind, am besten morgens. Damit die Köpfe schön weiß bleiben, sollten Sie sie mit den Blättern schützen (evtl. hochbinden).
