Prunkwinden sind sehr robuste und pflegeleichte, wärmeliebende Schlingplanzen. Sie wachsen schnell und blühen üppig – eine attraktive Lösung für die kostengünstige Begrünung von Spalieren, Rankelementen und Zäunen.
Prunkwinden sollten Sie in Saatschalen oder Töpfen im Gewächshaus oder auf der Fensterbank vorkultivieren. Eine Direktsaat ins Freiland ist möglich, aber nicht empfehlenswert.
Stäben Sie die schnell wachsenden Jungpflanzen sehr bald nach dem Aufgang.
