Aussaat & Anbau:

Zwiebeln gedeihen im gemäßigten Klima optimal, sie stellen auch keine außergewöhnlichen Ansprüche an den Boden – eine lockere, mäßig feuchte Erdmischung mit gutem Humusgehalt bietet ihnen alles, was sie brauchen. Die „Pompei“ kann von März bis April direkt im Freiland oder Topf gesät werden, eine Vorzucht wird nicht benötigt. Diese schnellwachsende Frühlingszwiebel ist dann bereits im Sommer bis Herbst erntefertig. Steckzwiebeln sollten erst nach dem letzten Frost im Frühjahr gesetzt werden. Diese können auch aus Samen selbst gezüchtet und dann im zweiten Jahr gesetzt werden.
