Dieser wunderschöne Doldenblütler war bei den Ägyptern schon früh als Haut-Heilpflanze bekannt, doch auch im Garten hat Ammi majus Interessantes zu bieten. Mit seinen großen Blütentellern und seinem fein verzweigten Wuchs ist die Knorpelmöhre eine ideale Füllpflanze für hohe Prachtstaudenbeete oder ein gelungener Begleiter in vielen Bauerngarten-und Sommerblumenbeeten, und besonders auch in weiß gestalteten Gärten.
Aussaat & Anbau:
Die Aussaat erfolgt direkt ab April in die Beete, die Pflanzen brauchen volle Sonne und lockere, tiefgründige Gartenerde. Bei gutem Standort wachsen die Stängel kräftig heran, sodass die Knorpelmöhre auch eine tolle Schnittblume abgibt!
