Aussaat & Anbau:
Petersilie mag einen nährstoffreichen, tiefgründigen Boden an einem halbschattigen Standort. Die Aussaat kann das ganze Jahr über erfolgen, am besten in Töpfen oder direkt im Freiland, Petersilie mag kein Umsetzen. Saattiefe 3 cm in Reihen mit 30-45 cm Abstand. Gut feucht halten. Wenn die Blätter gelb werden, zurückschneiden und mit Flüssigdünger düngen. Blütenköpfe entfernen, damit Sie weiter die Blätter ernten können. Die Pflanzen gut vor Schnecken schützen.
