Info:
Pflücksalat Wasabi ist eine neu gezüchtete Rucola-Sorte, die sehr robust und schnell wachsend ist. Während die normale Rauke oder Rucola bekannt ist für ihren nussartigen Geschmack, verblüfft diese Sorte mit einem ganz klaren, schön scharfen Meerrettich- beziehungsweise Wasabigeschmack.
Aussaat & Anbau:
Die Aussaat erfolgt sukzessive ab März bis Mai oder im September im Freiland. Saattiefe: 6 mm tief mit 3 cm Abstand und in Reihen mit ca. 45 – 60 cm Abstand. Pflücksalat mag einen reichhaltigen Boden, wächst aber auch auf durchschnittlichem Gartenboden gut. Vor der Aussaat den Boden mit Horngries düngen und danach regelmäßig wässern, Salat darf nicht austrocknen, sonst steckt er seine Kraft in die Blütenbildung.
