Candela Di Fuoco ist eine historische, italienische Radieschensorte. Sie bildet rubinrote, längliche Wurzeln mit festem, weißem Fruchtfleisch. Die mild-würzigen, leicht süßlichen Wurzeln werden bis zu 16 cm lang und eignen sich hervorragend als knackige Zugabe zu Salaten. Auch als Rohkost mit einem leckeren Dip sind sie ein köstlicher Vitaminlieferant.

Description
Aussaat & Anbau:
Die Aussaat kann ab März direkt ins Freiland erfolgen. Die Samen sollten in Saatrillen mit einer Tiefe von 1cm gesäet werden. Für ein optimales und gesundes Wachstum sollte der Pflanzabstand 4cm betragen. Ein humoser, nährstoffreicher, durchlässiger Boden ist optimal. Der Boden sollte oberflächlich aufgelockert und mit Gartenkompost und Horngries angereichert werden. Da Radieschen Flachwurzler sind, ziehen sie Ihre Nährstoffe aus der oberen Bodenschicht. Auf gleichmäßige Feuchtigkeit muss geachtet werden.
