Diese ertragreiche Sorte bildet 30cm lange, glatte, reinweiße Wurzeln mit mild-würzigem Geschmack und saftigem Fruchtfleisch. In Japan wird Minowase traditionell als knackige Beilage zu Reis gereicht. Doch auch zu Salaten oder Sushi ist diese Sorte eine großartige Ergänzung.

Aussaat & Anbau:
Die Aussaat kann ab März direkt ins Freiland erfolgen. Die Samen sollten in Saatrillen mit einer Tiefe von 1cm gesäet werden. Für ein optimales und gesundes Wachstum sollte der Pflanzabstand 4cm betragen. Ein humoser, nährstoffreicher, durchlässiger Boden ist optimal. Der Boden sollte oberflächlich aufgelockert und mit Gartenkompost und Horngries angereichert werden. Da Radieschen Flachwurzler sind, ziehen sie Ihre Nährstoffe aus der oberen Bodenschicht. Auf gleichmäßige Feuchtigkeit muss geachtet werden.
