Die traditionelle Radieschensorte Saxa 2 ist eine spezielle Züchtung für einen besonders frühen Freilandanbau. Diese schnellwüchsige, ertragreiche Sorte bildet knackige, runde Raschieschen mit kurzem Laub. Die leuchtendroten Knollen besitzen ein mildwürziges Aroma mit weißem, festem Fruchtfleisch. Sie eignen sich hervorragend als knackige Zugabe zu Salaten oder deftigen Gemüsepfannen.

Description
Aussaat & Anbau:
Die Aussaat kann ab März direkt ins Freiland erfolgen. Die Samen sollten in Saatrillen mit einer Tiefe von 1cm gesäet werden. Für ein optimales und gesundes Wachstum sollte der Pflanzabstand 4cm betragen. Ein humoser, nährstoffreicher, durchlässiger Boden ist optimal. Der Boden sollte oberflächlich aufgelockert und mit Gartenkompost und Horngries angereichert werden. Da Radieschen Flachwurzler sind, ziehen sie Ihre Nährstoffe aus der oberen Bodenschicht. Auf gleichmäßige Feuchtigkeit muss geachtet werden.
