Aussaat & Anbau:
Die Aussaat kann ab April ins Freiland erfolgen. Aussaattiefe sollte ca. 2-3cm betragen. Ein Reihenabstand von 30 x 10cm und ein Pflanzabstand von 10cm ist erforderlich. Rote Beete ist ein sehr anspruchsloses Gemüse und stellt an den Untergrund kaum Ansprüche. Ein humoser, nährstoffreicher, leicht durchlässiger Boden ist optimal. Auf eine gleichbleibende Bodenfeuchtigkeit ist während der kompletten Wachstumsphase zu achten.
