Eine interessante Mischung aus fünf verschiedenen Sorten. Jede Sorte besitzt eine andere, auffallende Farbe, sowie für die Schale als auch für das Fruchtfleisch. Stiele und Blätter kontrastieren in Zwischentönen. Eine wahre kulinarische Freude. Die jungen, knackigen, saftigen Rüben einfach waschen, schälen, in Scheiben schneiden und roh in Salaten verwenden. Eignet sich auch zum Einlegen, Kochen oder als Zutat in Suppen.
Aussaat & Anbau:
Den Boden zu einer feinen Krume harken und die Samen dünn, 1 cm tief, im Reihenabstand von 30 cm säen. Bis Mitte Sommer regelmäßig alle 2-3 Wochen aussäen. Um kleine Rüben zu ernten, werden die Sämlinge auf einen Abstand von 2,5 cm ausgedünnt. Um größere Rüben zu ernten, wird der Abstand etwas vergrößert. Für zarte Rüben regelmäßig und ausgiebig gießen. Das verhindert auch das Schießen der Pflanze. Rüben und Blätter können verzehrt werden, roh oder gekocht.
