Die Costoluto di Parma Tomate ist eine wohlschmeckende italienische Fleischtomate aus der Emilia-Romagna, die viele der großen, leuchtend roten, stark gerippten Früchte entwickelt. Die Tomaten haben ein extrem intensives Tomatenaroma und sind ideal zum frischen Verzehr, sowie für leckere Salate, Saucen und italienische Gerichte aller Art geeignet. Die Pflanzen wachsen kräftig, sind reichtragend und werden mittelgroß (bis 160 cm).
Aussaat & Anbau:
Die Costoluto di Parma-Tomaten können Sie im Haus, Gewächshaus und auch im Freien ziehen. Die optimale Keimtemperatur liegt zwischen 20 und 25°C und die Keimung erfolgt nach 8 – 14 Tagen. Sie können die Keimung beschleunigen, wenn Sie die Samen über Nacht in einem feuchten Tuch vorquellen lassen. Auspflanzen sollten Sie die vorgezogenen Pflänzchen erst nach dem letzten Frost.
Tomaten brauchen einen frischen, gut gedüngten, durchlässigen Boden, der feucht gehalten wird (aber keine Nässe!). Sie sollten an einem sonnigen, geschützten Platz stehen mit mindestens 6 Stunden Sonnenlicht, besser auch mehr.
