Die Vogelfuß Kleeblatt ist eine sehr variable Pflanze, die in verschiedenen Erscheinungsformen fast überall in Europa wächst, vorzugsweise auf kalkhaltigen Trocken- und Magerrasen. Das leuchtend gelb blühende Schmetterlingsblütengewächs hat einen sehr hohen Zuckeranteil in seinem Blütennektar und wird daher gern von Imkern als Bienenweide angepflanzt.

Description
Aussaat & Anbau:
Die Aussaat erfolgt ab März, da die Pflanze ein Warmkeimer ist und zu niedrige Temperaturen nicht verträgt. Bis in den September hinein können die Samen ausgesät werden. Am besten verwendet man sie in größeren Mengen bei der Neuanlage von Wiesen. Die Pflanze kann durch Luftstickstoffsammlung sogar zur Bodenverbesserung im Garten beitragen. Für die Bepflanzung von Beeten und den Balkonkasten ist die Klee hingegen weniger geeignet.
