Diese Schalotte ist eine frühreifende Rarität aus der toskanischen Küche. Schöne, leuchtend rot-violette, flaschenförmige Zwiebel. Mild und süß im Geschmack. Daher für bunte Salate und Gemüsepfannen ideal.
Aussaat & Anbau:
Die Aussaat kann von März bis April erfolgen und man sät dünn in Reihen. Die Samen werden dann in ca. 2-facher Samenstärke mit Erde bedeckt, gut angedrückt und feucht gehalten. Nach der Keimung können die Sämlinge vereinzelt werden. Die Aussaat sollte auf einem lockeren, kräftigen Boden der nicht vorgedüngt ist stattfinden. Die Ernte kann ab August erfolgen.
