Dill Bouquet Samen
Info:
Die Sorte Bouquet ist die am meisten angebaute Dillsorte. Die Pflanzen wachsen schnell, reifen früh und haben ein sehr intensives Dill-Aroma. Mit ihren zartgelben Doldenblüten sind sie im Beet auch hübsch anzusehen. Dill kommt als Gewürz in Salaten, Suppen, Eintöpfen, Dips und Saucen zum Einsatz, vor allem bei Fischgerichten, und zum Einlegen von Gurken.
Aussaat & Anbau:
Aussaat erfolgt ab März/April, wenn sich der Boden erwärmt hat. Dabei einfach breitwürfig zwischen andere Pflanzen ausstreuen. Möglichst nicht verpflanzen. Dill mag einen nährstoffreichen, durchlässigen Boden an einem sonnigen, windgeschützten Standort. Sät sich jedes Jahr selbst aus, wenn Sie einige Blütenstände stehen lassen.
