Sie wird häufig zum Verfeinern von hellen Saucen verwendet. Auch als Frühlingszwiebel geerntet sind sie hervorragend zum Einlegen oder für mix Pickles geeignet. Die kleinen Zwiebeln sind auch eine sehr leckere Zugabe für Salate oder Eintöpfe.

Description
Aussaat & Anbau:
Die Aussaat kann von Februar bis Juni erfolgen. Die Samen werden in einer Pflanztiefe von 0,5 cm mit Erde bedeckt, gut angedrückt und feucht gehalten. Nach der Keimung können die Sämlinge vereinzelt werden. Der Pflanzabstand sollte 25cm und der Reihenabstand 10cm betragen. Die Aussaat auf einem lockeren, kräftigen Boden der nicht vorgedüngt ist vornehmen. Die Ernte kann ab Juli bis September, sobald das Laub vollständig ab gereift ist, erfolgen.
